Unauthorized System Access Detected
On or about March 2026, it was discovered that the Subject (hereinafter referred to as "THE ACCUSED") gained unauthorized access to this records management system and began uploading falsified counter-evidence in a brazen and frankly desperate attempt to rewrite the historical record.
This constitutes a Class VII Violation of the Friend Group Code of Conduct, including but not limited to: tampering with official records, unauthorized system access, obstruction of accountability proceedings, and conduct unbecoming a reasonable person.
Official Determination
The unauthorized uploads have been flagged and quarantined. Their existence in the system is itself treated as additional evidence of guilty behavior. The act of attempting to tamper with an accountability database is, by definition, the behavior of someone who knows they are guilty. This is now Exhibit AA in the supplementary record.
Ref: FGCC Section 12.1(a) -- Unauthorized access to accountability systems carries a mandatory finding of guilt on all pending charges. The Subject's own actions have rendered further deliberation unnecessary. This determination is final, binding, and retroactive to all future disputes.
Standing Notice (Pre-Breach)
This database contains verified records of documented instances where the subject engaged in the very behaviors they have publicly denied ever committing. All records have been authenticated and cross-referenced against primary source material. Denial of these records constitutes a further violation under Section 7.4(b) of the Friend Group Code of Conduct.
